When leaving in the summer, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees, and in the winter, turn it down to 60 degrees. Parties are prohibited. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour. If Guest wishes to have an event at the property, permission must be obtained from trusted partner and Homeowner and an event fee will be added. Guest must be 25 years or older to reserve the property and digitally sign the Booking Agreement prior to check-in.
