Guests must not contact, visit, call, or communicate in any way with the building leasing office or staff; all concerns, requests, and issues must be communicated through the host and associates. Contacting the leasing office may result in termination of your reservation and a $400 penalty. Please remember to leave the key sets, fobs, and parking pass, as each item will cost $100 to replace. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, an additional fee of $100 will be charged. If any lease violations are received, the guest will be charged $80 for a noise violation (quiet hours start at 10 pm on weeknights and 11 pm on weekends) and $80 for a trash violation.
