The living area includes a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, and a record player. Relax on the beautiful orange leather couch, watch TV, or admire the view from the big windows. Step out onto the balcony to take in the city from a whole new perspective. Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request for $30 each, depending on availability, and guests have the option to pay a daily fee of $5 for gated parking. Pets are welcome at an additional fee already included in the price. A $500 fine will be charged for smoking or vaping inside the apartment. Hosting parties or events is strictly prohibited and will incur a $500 fine. Engaging in illegal activities on the premises will result in immediate eviction and a $1,000 fine. Any damage caused to the apartment or its contents will be charged at replacement cost, plus a $300 damage fee. Please respect quiet hours from 8 PM to 7 AM. A $200 replacement fee will be charged for lost or damaged gate remote, and a $50 replacement fee will be charged for lost or damaged parking tag. No excessive mess is permitted, and excessive cleaning fees will depend on the severity of the incident. Hanging items from balconies is prohibited.
