Cable TV channels are provided on the living room and master bedroom TVs, while the guest bedroom TV still has access to your favorite streaming apps such as Netflix and YouTube. The Seychelles building is located in a quieter, more secluded part of Daytona, but it is still only a short drive to restaurants, shopping, the Daytona Beach boardwalk and Convention Center, downtown Beach Street, Daytona Lagoon waterpark, and the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse. Orlando is a little over an hour away and historic St. Augustine is also only an hour away.
The balcony is unusable at this time due to a concrete restoration project, but you still get a wide ocean view from the back doors and windows. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. No smoking is allowed inside the apartment or anywhere on the building premises. No parties or events may be held in the apartment. No extra guests are allowed unless permitted by the owner. The primary guest booking this property must be at least 21 years of age.
