The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement weather we do not advise using the pool. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out at 10AM. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
