Enjoy meals at the indoor dining area or on the balcony overlooking the beach. An in-unit washer and dryer and ironing board are included for your convenience. The condo also features a shared heated pool and spa. Free private parking is available. Located in a prime beachfront area of Holmes Beach, this condo is just a short walk to Holmes Beach Towne Center for shopping, dining, and local attractions. Stroll along the white sands, enjoy the calm Gulf waters, or explore nearby parks and recreational areas. Sarasota and Anna Maria Island are also a short drive away. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Pets are not allowed. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, any lethal weapons are not allowed on the property, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services or smart TV apps. Any unauthorized subscriptions or charges will be billed back to the guest at the cost of the subscription plus a $25 service fee. Check-in time is 4 PM EST and checkout times are 11 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in.
