The full kitchen is equipped with a fridge, cooktop, built-in microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and drip coffee maker, along with cookware and dishware. There is an indoor dining area and balcony dining overlooking the beach. The unit also has a washer and dryer, ironing board, and extra storage. Enjoy direct beach access, a shared heated pool and spa. Free parking is available, and guests can use the "guest spot" and a free spot through the gate. There is also public parking space 7 minutes walk away. The condo is located in a prime beachfront area of Holmes Beach. Take a short walk to Holmes Beach Towne Center for shopping, dining, and local attractions. Stroll along the white sands, enjoy the calm Gulf waters, or explore nearby parks and recreational areas. Getting around Holmes Beach and the surrounding area is easy, as the condo is centrally located on Gulf Drive, just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in, and security will request an ID upon arrival. Check-in time is 4 PM EST and checkout time is 11 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. Unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $400 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. If cleaners determine smoking or vaping has taken place inside the rental, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries), a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200.
