The fully equipped kitchen, adjacent to the living room, includes appliances such as a toaster, microwave, oven, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, stove, and electric plate, ensuring you have everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. Clean linens and towels are provided for your comfort. Pets are welcome with prior approval, and a pet fee ranging from $200 to $300 applies. Additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged for an extra fee. A late check-in fee of $50 applies for arrivals after 10 PM, and $100 for arrivals after midnight. Check-out time is by 11 AM, and guests are required to empty the refrigerator and dispose of all trash before leaving. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in to ensure a smooth and secure experience for everyone. Access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, but packages can be received without issue. The furniture and decoration in the apartment may vary from the photos listed online, as updates and refreshes occur periodically. A minimum stay of 90 days may be required between June 1st and September 1st. Coordinate your arrival time in advance, at least 72 hours prior to check-in, for a smooth process.
