No smoking or open flames are allowed. Smoking, vaping, marijuana, candles, incense, or any open flames are strictly prohibited, and the violation fee is $1,000 + $500 ozone treatment + cleaning costs. No parties or events are allowed. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. There is a $50 per person, per night fee for undisclosed guests or pets. Late check-out will result in a fee of $75 per 30 minutes after 10:00 AM. The fee for a lost key/fob is $300 and the fee for a parking pass tag is $150. Undisclosed pets will result in a $500 fine. Includes a private workspace, ideal for business travelers. Pets are welcome with prior written approval only. To request approval, please provide the type, size, weight, breed, and number of pets. Pet fees are $50 per pet for 1–6 nights, $100 per pet for 7–21 nights, and $175 per pet for 21+ nights/monthly. Pets must be well-behaved and not disturb others. No pets are allowed on furniture (beds, sofas, chairs). Guests are responsible for trash. Fines for violations are the guest’s responsibility.
