Located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, this home offers a large backyard perfect for relaxing. Smoking, drug, and vape use is not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building. There is a $1000 fine if discovered or reported. Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10pm to 8am, and parties are not allowed, including loud music, with a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains of excessive noise. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee. You will be charged for stained or damaged sheets/towels. There is a $10 charge if face towels are stained. There is a $600 penalty for lost keys/clicker/fob. There is a $600 penalty for losing the garage opener and a $500 penalty if you’re locked out and need assistance. All stays longer than 29 days must be cleaned by our housekeeping team for $175, which must be paid for by the guest.
