Located in Victoria Park, a serene residential enclave, distinguished by its harmonious fusion of contemporary luxury mansions and cherished historic residences, all enveloped by lush greenery and enchanting lighting. Situated at the crossroads of NE 15th Ave and Sunrise Blvd, you'll find the convenience of a Walgreens Pharmacy and a Publix Grocery Store, both just a stone's throw away from our residence. Moreover, Holiday Park, a lovely recreational area, is situated practically across the street, and the vibrant locales of Las Olas and the beach are merely a short 5-minute drive away from our doorstep.
Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am. No smoking is allowed inside the house ($350 fine). Fort Lauderdale city ordinance quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. No unauthorized guests are permitted after 12am. Guests must be 25 and up to rent. There is only one parking space available on the property for this unit. Please do not park on the grass, street, or on any neighbor’s property. No on-street parking is allowed. Pets are welcome with a fee of $20 per pet per night for 1 pet and a $30 flat fee per night rate for 2 pets. If we receive more than 3 complaints about a pet creating a noise disturbance during your stay, it may result in the termination of your reservation without a refund.
