Fort Lauderdale city ordinance quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. No smoking is allowed inside the house, and any violation will result in a $350 fine. There are 8 outdoor cameras and 4 doorbell cameras located around the entire perimeter of the building. There is only one parking space available on the property for this unit. No on-street parking is allowed. No unauthorized guests are permitted after 12am. If we receive more than 3 complaints about your pet creating a noise disturbance during your stay, it may result in the termination of your reservation without a refund.
