Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am. Fort Lauderdale city ordinance quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. There is no smoking inside the house, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $1000 fine. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any reports or evidence of a party or organized event taking place will be an automatic forfeiture of your stay without a refund. No unauthorized guests are permitted after 12am. If we receive more than 3 complaints about your pet creating a noise disturbance, it may result in the termination of your reservation without a refund.
