Comfortable sleeping arrangements include a queen bed and a futon for additional accommodations. The kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary adventures, including modern appliances and cookware. There is an accessible laundry room on the same floor, with laundry cards available for purchase in the lobby. Concierge services are available for booking local experiences like boat rentals, chefs, or massages. The studio includes WiFi, Smart TVs, an ironing set, laundry facilities, and starter toiletries. Note that washcloths and kitchen towels are not included. Located in North Bay Village, this studio provides easy access to Miami Beach, Wynwood Walls, Downtown Miami, Bal Harbour Shops, and the Miami Design District. Just a short stroll from the future AFA/Messi Soccer Academy, the neighborhood is known for its dynamic urban ambiance, with a plethora of restaurants, chic coffee shops, and serene parks. We recommend renting a car or taking Uber for convenient transportation. Check-in is after 4 PM and checkout is before 11 AM, with early or late options available upon inquiry. Pets are not permitted in the studio. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM, and the number of guests cannot exceed those specified at booking. No additional visitors or overnight guests without prior approval, with violations incurring a $50 fee per person and potential termination of stay without refund. All guests must be 21 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or pre-approved. No underage drinking, drugs, marijuana, or vaping are allowed, with any smoke smell incurring a $100 cleaning fee. Security cameras are in use outside for protection. The TV is for streaming with your own login, no network channels. Respect the residential area and noise ordinance between 10 PM and 8 AM, as violations may result in police visits and immediate eviction.
