Absolutely no smoking is allowed inside the apartment or on the balcony; smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only. Violation of this policy will result in a $250 fine for cleaning and odor removal. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum during quiet hours. No loud parties or events are allowed. Excessive noise complaints may result in a warning, followed by a $150 fine for each subsequent violation. Pets are allowed in the apartment, but must be included in the booking. Bringing pets without them being included in the booking will include a $300 charge per pet, per violation. Please note that any lost key or fob/key combo will result in an additional $120 fee.
