Fort Lauderdale city ordinance quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. No unauthorized guests are permitted after 12am. Smoking inside the house will result in a $350 fine. If more than 3 complaints are received about a pet creating a noise disturbance, it may result in the termination of the reservation without a refund.
