Enjoy the private sauna, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor patio/dining area, BBQ grill, and fully fenced yard. For entertainment, there's a 65” smart TV, a large plush sofa and seating area, an indoor fireplace, and a game/bunk room with Pop-A-Shot, arcade games, a ping pong table, giant connect 4, and board and card games. Other amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer.
Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay. The HOA charges a $20 fee per vehicle, which will be collected separately from your reservation. Vehicle passes are tied to the exact license plate number you register, so cars can’t be swapped mid-stay. Parking is available for 6 vehicles in the driveway; street parking is not allowed.

At check-in, all guests must stop by the Welcome Center to register their vehicles. Once registered, you will receive a QR code for convenient gate access.
