Engaging in illegal activities on the premises will result in immediate eviction and a $1,000 fine. Any damage caused to the apartment or its contents will be charged at replacement cost, plus a $300 damage fee. Tampering with, covering, or disabling the camera is strictly prohibited and will result in a $300 fine. Please do not turn off or adjust the Wi-Fi settings at any time without prior consent, as this is essential for maintaining the property’s functionality. The pool is closed all day every Monday for cleaning.
