This "Life-Ready Basecamp" is designed for productivity and comfort across three vertical levels. The ground floor features an independent living space with a fully private "In-Law" apartment with a separate entry, a second kitchen equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, and dining area, a private lounge with a cozy sofa bed sectional and Smart TV, and a full bath. The main living area on level 2 features an open-concept design with high ceilings, a chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances and dark modern cabinetry, a communal dining area with a solid wood table and high-capacity bench seating, a living room with a deep, oversized sectional and electric fireplace console, a full bath, and a full-size washer and dryer. Level 3 includes bedrooms.
Pets are welcome with pre-approval and a fee of $100 per pet per stay, or per month for stays exceeding 28 days. Permits for professional video or photo shoots can be requested for a fee.

Misuse of the AC system, including setting the unit lower than 68 degrees leading to a technician call-out, may incur additional fees. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Illegal drug use results in immediate eviction without a refund. Disabling or removing security devices or any technology results in a fee or removal from the home without a refund. A late check-out past 10 AM incurs a $50 fee. Violation of any of the house rules may result in removal from the home without a refund.
