Pets are welcome with a fee of $25 per pet, per night for short stays, a flat $200 fee per pet for 8–28 nights, and a flat $300 fee per pet for 29+ nights. Early check-in is available for $25 at 2PM or $50 at 12PM, and late check-out is available for $25 at 12PM, both subject to approval. Amenities outside of the apartment, such as the gym, are managed by the building and are subject to maintenance outside of our control. Strategically located in the vibrant Channelside area, this apartment puts you in close proximity to Tampa’s dynamic downtown, a plethora of entertainment options, and iconic stadiums. Whether you're looking to explore the city's rich cultural tapestry or simply enjoy the convenience of having top-tier dining and shopping venues within walking distance, this location serves as the perfect base. Downtown Tampa is just a short drive away. Explore an array of bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues right at your doorstep. Catch a game or event at one of the nearby stadiums, a testament to Tampa's vibrant sports scene. You are required to have a smartphone for the entire trip, as the building locks work through a smartphone application. Minut Noise Detectors are located in the apartment and monitor noise levels. Surveillance cameras monitor common areas, but not inside the apartment. Pet Rules Policy: Pet weight limit: 35 lbs, No Pitbulls, all pets must be housetrained, and pets must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves. Unregistered pet fee: $100 per pet or variation to achieve up to $200. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed. Violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew: 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends). Penalties for noise curfew violation: First: Complimentary warning, Second: $100 fine, Third: Immediate eviction with no refund. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly. Only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. Must load and start dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware. Please dump food waste in the garbage—not in the sink disposal. Place all trash in trash can or dispose of it in the trash shoot. We are not allowed to accept mail orders to the building since there is only 1 unique mailbox key per apartment. However, I recommend getting a PO Box at the local USPS and having orders shipped there.
