Failure to follow this rule will result in an automatic eviction, forfeiture of all rental, OTA and cleaning fees, even if discovered after your stay. Unauthorized pets are not allowed on the property. Pets must be on the reservation. No unauthorized parties are allowed. Late check-out's are not allowed unless authorized in advance. Check-out time is 10:00 AM and if authorized in advance, late check-out is $25 per hour. Unauthorized late check-outs are $100 per hour.
