The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and both indoor and outdoor dining areas. Enjoy the convenience of air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a washer/dryer. Pool heat is available for an additional $35 per day. Advance notice of at least a week is requested to coordinate the set-up. Located in ChampionsGate, this home offers convenient access to Disney World, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios. Shopping, dining, and major roads are also close by. The gated neighborhood provides a recreation-rich environment surrounded by golf courses. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or anywhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed two per reservation. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.
