Victoria Park is a quiet residential neighborhood with a unique blend of luxury modern mansions and historic properties, centrally located to everything Fort Lauderdale offers. A Walgreens Pharmacy and Publix Grocery Store are across the street at the intersection of NE 15th Ave and Sunrise Blvd. A park is a few blocks away, and Las Olas and the beach are about 5 minutes away. Check-in time is 4pm, and check-out time is 11am. Fort Lauderdale city ordinance quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. No unauthorized guests are permitted after 12am. Smoking is prohibited inside the house and will result in a $1000 fine. Please do not touch, tamper, or alter any areas that have preset timers on them, as this is against the house rules. If we receive more than 3 complaints about noise disturbance created by your pets, it may result in the termination of your reservation without a refund.
