A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, as you can find restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel is provided per guest per stay. Guests must not disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for any violations. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. To complete the booking, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through a verification portal. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check.
