Nestled along the picturesque waterfront of Little Bay Avenue in Norfolk, VA, this charming neighborhood offers a delightful blend of coastal serenity and urban convenience. The home is a 3-minute walk to a quiet beach with calm waters, perfect for families, and a 10-minute walk to a variety of restaurants offering local flavors and to Norfolk Naval Base. It's also a 15-minute drive to Norfolk Premium Outlets for shopping and a 20-minute drive to Virginia Beach for a larger coastal experience. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Additional fees apply for smoking indoors ($250), vomit/bodily fluid or waste ($250), broken glass/food in the hot tub ($250), illegal drug paraphernalia ($250), glitter or confetti ($200), unauthorized pets ($200), dirty dishes ($50), and missing towels ($20 per towel). Any unregistered pet will incur a minimum $250 emergency cleaning and sanitation fee, covering deep cleaning, allergy treatment, odor removal, and extra turnover time. If additional guests are brought beyond the original reservation guest total and the host is not notified, the booking will be canceled immediately with no refund, and guests will be required to leave the property. Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation (or pre-approved by the hosts) will result in a $75 fee per person. Failing to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon checkout time will result in a $60 per hour (pro-rated) late checkout fee.
