Please note that the elevators in the building are currently not operational, and access to the unit requires using stairs. This spacious apartment features inviting living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom complete with toiletries. You can also enjoy an in-unit washer and dryer, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, a TV in the living room, and complimentary coffee. To enhance your stay, a variety of optional services are available for an additional fee, such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available). This apartment has a great central location in downtown Pittsburgh, 1.5 blocks from the Convention Center and walkable to all major sporting venues. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, as you can find restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for a lost key fob. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at any time during the stay. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule.
