If there is damage to the apartment and we are not notified, it can result in cancellation of the reservation. Missing or destroyed fixtures or personal property will result in the actual replacement cost plus a restocking fee of $50. Actual costs of complete environmental remediation or $3,000, whichever is lower, will be charged for pets on premises without advance written permission.
