This Tiny House is situated on the host's property in the quiet, family-oriented Belmont Park area of Cranston/Warwick, Rhode Island, tucked away near the Pawtuxet River. It offers convenient access, being just 5 minutes from the airport and I95, and 10 minutes from downtown Providence. This is a very tiny home camper located on the host's property, and the host lives on site. Parking is available on the street next to the tiny house under a tree; do not park in the driveway as it is reserved for the hosts. The water system operates with a 10-gallon tank and provides cold water only; guests are asked to use water conservatively. During winter months, when temperatures drop below freezing, the water system in the camper is not operational due to frozen pipes, meaning there will be no running water inside the unit. Currently, the water system is down, and the shower is not functional; a 1-gallon water container is provided for hand washing. Heating is provided by a space heater; do not plug in another large heater as it may trip the main home's breaker. Housekeeping and Maintenance operate Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with requests outside these hours typically addressed within 24 hours. Supplies are provided for registered guests, but additional cleaning or extra supplies may incur a cost.
