Step outside to a private patio and fully fenced yard. Laundry room is available for guest use in a separate space in the basement. Up to 2 dogs are welcome for a flat fee of $125. Requests for a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and an additional $100 fee. Lake Erie shoreline and walking paths are right across the street.
