Relax by the warm and cozy stone fireplace and hearth. The home is stocked with plenty of quality linens, towels, and toiletries. A two-car garage and large driveway provide plenty of parking. A new Weber propane grill is available for easy outdoor meals. Pets are welcome with a fee. If pets are brought onto the property without paying the pet fee, or if more than two pets are brought onto the property without authorization, we reserve the right to terminate your booking immediately. The pasture behind the yard often has 100+ horses from Double H Bar Ranch. The maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Events, weddings, receptions, parties, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am, and please be respectful to our neighbors. Smoking or vaping is prohibited in the home or on the decks, and if any butts are found on the property, an additional charge will be applied. There is a minimum $500 fine for smoking/vaping in the house, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or bedding, and pet owners should provide their own pet bedding. If pet hair is found on furniture or bedding, there may be an additional fee. Pets are never allowed to be left unattended at home unless kenneled/crated. Noise complaints resulting from kenneled pets may result in the termination of your stay. All guests must clean off in the shower/bath before every use of the hot tub. Do not get in the hot tub dirty or wear lotion, sunscreen, or makeup. If the hot tub requires additional cleaning, there is an additional fee. Includes two different workstations for remote workers.
