Parking is available with a pass that costs $35 per car plus taxes, with a limit of two cars. Only one pass is permitted during holidays. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rent on the beach during the summer season. Conveniently located close to restaurants, bars, shopping, Gulf State Park, and local attractions, this condo offers a perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. Enjoy private beach access for easy shoreline enjoyment. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of this policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy, which applies to emotional support animals. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. Beach towels are not provided. Guests have access to four on-site pools, including one heated during the winter months, tennis and shuffleboard courts for added recreation. A seasonal snack bar, The Sugar Shack, is open during the summer, and BBQ grills with picnic tables are available for outdoor meals. A car is recommended. For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside, but surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. Guests must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation and provide a state identification card or driver's license copy upon booking.
