It's a 5-minute drive to Forest Hill Park and Dave’s Grocery Stores, a 9-minute drive to Walmart, Target, Whole Foods, and Starbucks, and a 10-minute drive to Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals. The neighborhood is ideal for taking morning walks or evening strolls with tree-lined streets and sidewalks.
This is an older house located in a wooded area, so it's common to see deer, chipmunks, squirrels, and small mice around the neighborhood. For any guests who book a stay between 30-59 days, there will be a built-in $350 monthly utility cap on water, sewer, trash, electric, and gas. If you surpass that cap by more than $25, you will need to reimburse for the overage. Guests who book a stay of 60 days or more are subject to reimburse directly for utility usage except for Wi-Fi and the security system. Absolutely no smoking allowed. No parties. All trash must be disposed of, both inside and outside the house including any litter. Guest is expected to keep the house in good condition during their stay. All pets must be approved before booking. All pet droppings must be picked up on a regular basis. Laundry facilities are located in the basement, guests must be comfortable using stairs. Street parking is free during the day until 10:00 p.m., please move your car into the driveway or garage to avoid getting a ticket. No more than 4 cars are allowed in this house. Unless there is more than a 3 to 4 inches of snow accumulated in ONE DAY, snow removal is not provided. Tenants are provided with snow shovels. If there is more than a few inches of snow, a crew will be there by their earliest convenience to remove the snow from your driveway and other entryways. Lawn maintenance is taken care of during the spring, summer and fall. Extra blankets are provided, but no extra pillows at this time.
