Penalties for noise curfew violations are a complimentary warning for the first violation, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. There is a $100 fee for a missing keyfob. Pet weight limit is 35 lbs, and no Pitbulls are allowed.
