The bedroom features a king-size bed with a new memory foam mattress and TV, while the luxurious bathroom has a shower. The living room is cozy, complete with comfortable furniture and a Smart TV with entertainment options including movie releases, Netflix, Hulu, HBO, ESPN and Pandora, which can be enjoyed through the surround sound speakers. Free wireless internet is provided and an Amazon Echo is available. Dedicated parking is available in a gated parking area next to the unit. Uptown Charlotte is the center of the city and the heart of all your entertainment needs. Countless restaurants, bars, museums and sports venues are nearby and all other popular neighborhoods are close by. The loft is a few blocks and an easy walk away from numerous Fortune 500 companies and all major bank headquarters. No partying or excessive noise is allowed. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. If we are made aware of a pet on the property, a deep cleaning fee of $500 will be charged and guests will be required to depart immediately with no refunds given. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM.
