Enjoy endless entertainment with a private heated pool and spa, a putting green, a ping pong table, an outdoor bar, and cornhole. A gas grill is available for outdoor cooking. Parking is located behind the house and can be accessed through the back alleyway, accommodating up to 5 vehicles. Situated just one block from the beach, this home offers easy access to the shore. Explore the many local restaurants and shops nearby for a true small-town beach experience. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This is a non-smoking and no-pets property.
