There is a dining table seating for 4 and bar seating for 3. The outdoor space includes a fully fenced private yard, a low-maintenance turf lawn, a paver patio area for relaxing outdoors, and a side-yard access path with stepping stones. Private garage parking is included. Pets are welcome with prior approval and a pet fee of $100 per pet per stay, or per month for stays exceeding 28 days. Homebase Haven is located just minutes from downtown Tampa, offering quick access to dining, coffee shops, business districts, and major roadways. The area feels residential and quiet while keeping you close to everything Tampa has to offer. This home is ideal for professionals, families, and relocating guests. Most guests drive or use rideshare services, with short drives to downtown Tampa, Channelside, and the waterfront. Delivery and rideshare services are readily available. Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 8 AM, and noise levels must stay below 80 decibels during all hours. Indoor smoking and the use of fireworks anywhere are prohibited, but there is a designated smoking area outdoors, 15 ft away from the property. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Illegal drug use results in immediate eviction without a refund. Disabling or removing security devices or any technology results in a fee or removal from the home without a refund. Misuse of the AC system, including setting the unit lower than 68 degrees leading to a technician call-out, may incur additional fees. Late check-outs past 10 AM incur a $50 fee. Smoking violations or the presence of smoke smell may incur a $250 remediation fee minimum. Refrain from loud music between 8 PM and 8 AM. Please avoid using the dishwasher or washing machine while not present. Dispose of sanitary products in provided bins only, as plumbing issues caused by misuse may have a fee.
