It's less than 15 minutes from Texas A&M University and close to local dining options like Urban Table, TaD’s Louisiana Cooking, and Blue Baker, as well as shopping and entertainment in Downtown College Station.
Smoking is NOT allowed in or on the property. If evidence of smoking is detected, $400 will be retained from your deposit to deodorize the home. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 degrees during the summer, as the unit could freeze, and the guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If unauthorized guests are found to have stayed, a fee of $200 will be retained from your deposit plus $50 per person. Pets are NOT allowed at this property, with the exception of legally documented service animals. If any pets are found in/on the property without a previous agreement, the guest will be fined $200, and the booking will be terminated. No trash or other items may be left on the property. Please collect all trash, bag it, and place it into the city garbage can. There will be a $25 charge if this rule is not followed. Absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. Guests will need to provide their own paper goods. An initial set-up of trash liners, toilet paper, and hand soap is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the guest. Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. The homeowner or booking agent may enter the premises at any time without securing prior permission from the guest in case of emergency. Any guest who is found using illegal drugs or allows others to use illegal drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy at these premises. The property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas, which record audio and video. All devices are on the exterior of the property.
