The apartment is a 5-minute drive to Fiserv Forum and the Brewery District, and a 10-minute walk to Downtown. Each guest must have a mobile phone, download the Latch app, and create an account in order to access the building and apartment doors. AC is controlled by a wall unit in the living area, and radiant floor heating is controlled by a thermostat which can be programmed up to 75 degrees. No smoking is allowed, and a $150 fee will be assessed for violations. Quiet time is after 10pm. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. Bookings by local guests are prohibited at this property.
