Laundry hook ups on main floor, next to kitchen. 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms on 2nd level, 2 bedroom and bathroom on 3rd level with wood burner. Tenants are responsible for all utilities not included in rent: gas, electric, cable, satellite, internet, phone. Tenant is responsible for grass and landscaping maintenance and snow removal; 3 year lease preferred. All applicants are screened with a credit and criminal background check $20/applicant, proof of income and reference checks. Security Deposit equal to one month's rent is required at lease signing. First month's rent is due prior to move in and each 1st of the month thereafter. Renter's insurance is required. No pets preferred, but will be considered on an individual basis; subject to additional pet fees.
