Notice of Waitlist opening at The Villa at Sunny Vista. The Villa at Sunny Vista, HUD-subsidized apartments for seniors 62 and over and adults with disabilities, announces the waitlist will open on January 9th, 2026 and close on February 12th, 2026. The Villa is independent living located at 2480 E. Dale St, Colorado Springs, CO 80909 and has age, disability, and income requirements. During this time, applications will be accepted during business hours and placed on the waitlist in the order they are received. You can pick up an application or call 719-635-9595 to request one. If mailed in, the envelope must be postmarked on or before the closing date. Applications will not be accepted after the waitlist closes.
