Shared access to laundry machines in the back hallway just outside the suite. We are a family of six: 4 humans and two dogs. Generally there is a bit of regular household bustle and noise. You will hear dogs barking when the doorbell rings or when family members come and go through the back door. Most tenants don’t mind - as there is much less noise than your average hotel room (or for that matter most places in our neighbourhood) but if you are ultra- sensitive to sounds - you may wish to give us a pass. Access is via a laneway to the back of the house, the shared back door to our home and shared back hallway. Rental agreements available for 1 - 4 months starting Feb. 1 - May 31, 2026 (no long term rentals).
