The heated private pool is available for an additional fee of $100 per night. Just minutes from the Gulf Coast’s world-famous beaches, dining, and attractions, this home is your ticket to the ultimate Florida vacation. Nearby attractions include Florida Botanical Gardens, St. Pete Pier, The Dalí Museum, Great Explorations Children’s Museum, and Sky Zone Trampoline Park. Enjoy nearby restaurants such as Salt Rock Grill, Angry Pepper, Clear Sky on Park, Tripps Diner, and Mama’s Kitchen. Explore beaches like Indian Rocks Beach, Madeira Beach, Redington Shores, Treasure Island Beach, and Clearwater Beach. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay; no cats are allowed. Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. No parties are allowed, and violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. An exterior camera is installed solely to monitor the cleaning team for quality and security purposes. Parking is available in the garage for a maximum of 2 cars; street parking is not allowed. Due to manufacturer limitations, pool heaters are not efficient when outdoor temperatures drop below 55°F. During colder weather, the heater may run but the pool may not reach the desired temperature, and heating cannot be guaranteed. We recommend the pool is heated in the months between October to May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. The pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Includes a dedicated workspace.
