Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay; weight restrictions apply. For stays of 20 nights or longer, a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled every two weeks to maintain comfort and quality. Located in Kissimmee, you're just minutes from top restaurants, Disneyworld, and have the most convenient access to Universal and SeaWorld. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. Guests must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a responsible adult. No parties or events are allowed. Only registered guests may stay overnight; a list must be sent prior to check-in. Vehicles parked in violation of parking rules may be towed immediately. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited due to fire hazards; using charcoal grills may result in a fine of up to $500 and eviction. The resort facilities are operated by a third party, so availability is not guaranteed. The provided grill is free of charge; guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed. The pool heating system uses heat exchange technology and may not work well in very cold weather; allow at least 24 hours for the pool to heat up. If pool heating is paid in advance, it will be activated at least 24 hours before your arrival. The spillover spa temperature can vary between 80°F and 100°F, depending on outdoor conditions. The pool heater has a safety feature that may turn off the pump during extreme cold, causing possible heating interruptions. To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through a verification portal. Check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed the verification portal.
