On the first floor, you will find the living room, kitchen, laundry room, half-bath, and garage along with access to a fully fenced-in backyard. The living room couches can be extended to turn into beds. Guests are able to park 1 car in the garage, up to 3 cars in the driveway, and up to 2 cars on the street. There is a $250 fee if the guest misplaces the garage door opener. A gym area is available.
