At the price I am asking, and with everything covered, this is a heck of a deal. Redfin, doesn't give me a lot of options for leasing choices. The lease can run to August 1, 2026. Tenant pays for any repairs or maintenance under $200.00. However, if the stove, fridge, and dish washer has any issues, I will pay for that myself.
