This condo is located in beautiful Indian Shores, steps from the soft white sand and turquoise waters of the Gulf. Enjoy easy access to local restaurants, cafes, boutique shops, and family-friendly attractions. Most local restaurants, shops, and the beach are within walking distance. For longer trips, car rentals or rideshares make it easy to visit Clearwater, St. Petersburg, and Tampa. Public parking is available nearby. Quiet time is between 10 pm and 8 am daily. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Pets are not allowed, and unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $400 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. If cleaners determine smoking or vaping has taken place inside the rental, a $250 penalty will be charged. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. If granted permission, the weapon must be licensed and safely secured at all times. Every reservation includes a damage waiver program that covers up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay, excluding linens, towels, and small decorative items. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs.
