Electricity is separately paid by the tenant (approx. $20–$25/month). * Location: Sainte-Famille St & Milton St (Milton-Parc / Lower Plateau) The Apartment (Fully Furnished) * Bedroom: Furnished with a Queen Size Bed. Duvet, Sheets etc included. *(Note: Although the video shows the Queen bed, it is possible to arrange for 2 beds if preferred).* * Living Room: Features a large TV with Amazon Fire Stick and a comfortable couch that converts into a bed (great for guests). * Outdoor Space: Private balcony perfect for enjoying the fresh air and 11th-floor views of Mt Royal and Downtown. * Kitchen: Fully equipped with fridge, microwave, stove, and a countertop dishwasher. * Cleaning Included: No need to buy supplies \- vacuum, mop, ironing board/iron, and all cleaning equipment are provided. * Storage: Huge storage spaces and closets throughout the apartment. * Comfort: Very soundproof unit (I’ve played music inside without issues). Building Amenities * Wellness: Free access to a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, and gym. * Security: 24/7 reception (day and night doorman). Great for receiving packages or if you forget your keys. * Convenience: Laundry room on the ground floor, mailroom, and a lounge/work area. * Reliability: Excellent management with in-house plumbers and cleaning staff. Issues are resolved quickly. * Parking: Garage parking (car/bike) is available in the building.
