The guest must notify Management immediately upon discovering water leaks, maintain clean and sanitary conditions, and long-term guests will supply and install all light bulbs but will leave all installed light bulbs when vacating the unit. Drinks should not be put on the surface of furniture and if any furniture is moved, it must be returned to its original location. No additional people will stay in the unit than the number reserved without notification and approval. The guest must complete a Property Condition form within 48 hours of arrival and pay all fees and expenses for any repairs or services due to the guest’s fault or actions. If any damage is found, the guest will be expected to cover replacement costs, and a 20% administrative fee will be charged. No pets are allowed without written permission.
