Enjoy the in-ground pool, a hot tub, and a spacious deck complete with a grill and comfortable patio furniture, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. The large dining room has seating for 8. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. There is a $75 per day fee to heat the pool. This home is ideally located for enjoying the outdoors and local entertainment. Absolutely no parties are allowed. This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund. Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering", no matter the size, will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused. There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 8 pm and 8 am. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. No indoor smoking is allowed, and a minimum $500 charge will be applied for extra cleaning. You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice. The pool will be closed from October 13th to May 14th (may date depends on weather). A friendly reminder to please remove your shoes when entering the house. This helps keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, but just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you. If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal.
