This home is the perfect base for exploring everything the downtown core has to offer, with easy access to public transportation, including a trolley line and several bus stops. The rooftop observatory offers breathtaking views of the city skyline and the Rocky Mountains. Please note that the fireplace is for decorative purposes only and is not to be operated by the guest. Guests are responsible for unclogging any clogged toilets or pipes, with a $100 fee if the homeowner is required to do so. The video game console does not come with any video games. Outdoor commercial hot tubs are not to be used past 10 PM, with a $250 fine for violations. Children under 18 require adult supervision in hot tubs, and children under 8 are not allowed at any time. Use of the hot tub is at your own risk. Guests are responsible for cleaning the hot tub if excessive debris gets in. The hot tub temperature should not exceed 100 degrees when not in use. Smoking is not allowed inside the house at any time. If guests smoke outside, ashes must be disposed of in a can and then in the trash.
