The apartment also includes an in-unit washer and dryer for free, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, a TV in the living room, and complimentary coffee. Ample paid street parking is available. Paid garage parking is available for stays longer than 7 days. An additional pet fee between $100 and $300 is required based on stay length, collected separately, with a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined). All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. Located in the heart of the Market East District, you'll have everything at your fingertips. The Indy Cultural Trail, a world-class urban bike and pedestrian path that connects unique neighborhoods, cultural districts, and entertainment, is just a short walk away. You are also just steps from Whole Foods, so you can take advantage of the full kitchen. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. No Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [or similar breed] are allowed. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
